On June 16, 2017, leaders from Sichuan Jinlei Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. gathered a team and went into Meigu county of Daliang Mountain to carry out charity activities.

  As one of China’s leading enterprises in casting industry, while in strict control of its own infrastructure, Jinlei should also fulfill its corporate social responsibility in line with people’s livelihood. Thus, the spirit of serving the public is embodied in every production detail and process and has become an important impetus to promote the continuous progress of enterprises.

After learning about the fact that in Meigu County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, the local economic backwardness has caused obstacles for the children to study, Jinlei, with multiple previous successfully-held charity activities, conducted 3 months of intensive preparation, and finally launched its “Heart-Warming Daliang Mountain · Aid-Giving Charity” event in this spring.

This charity activity is an important part of Jinlei’s corporate culture construction and corporate strategy. While conveying the sense of responsibility and human care in the community, the event can also increase the synergy between employees and reflect Jinlei’s deep-rooted corporate philosophy and culture.

After going deep into the mountains and witnessing how the left-behind children, living in poverty and without love and care, still have a desire for knowledge and a chance to venture out of the mountain, “Jinlei people” were both shocked and moved and expressed their willingness to contribute their own parts to the charity cause. Moreover, they decided to appeal to other caring people and enterprises around them to get involved so that more children in remote mountainous areas can have decent food and clothes and focus on their study.
